Feeln is a streaming media service delivered through Feeln.com, and related applications and other devices (the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by SpiritClips, LLC, a subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, Incorporated (collectively "Feeln" or "we"). Feeln values you and respects your privacy. We collect information to support our relationship with you, improve our Service and offering and to communicate about products, services, and promotions. We recognize that we must maintain and use information responsibly. We may disclose information to companies that work with us and assist us with providing services to you. Occasionally, we use personal consumer information to market our products and services; and on a limited basis, we may share your contact information with trusted business partners AND/OR or parent company so that they may market their products and services to you.
What information does Feeln collect?
We collect information you provide when visit our Service, register as a member, start a trial membership, purchase content, products or services, blog, leave comments, send an e-card/FilmCard, send us an e-mail or call us, enter a sweepstakes or enroll in a club or other service. Those purposes may be fulfilling customer orders; offering products and services in connection with our Service; customer service; giving access to our partners' sites; or finishing credit card transactions. These third parties are not allowed to use this information other than to provide services to you on our behalf.
From time to time, we may share the contact information of our customers with carefully picked and trustworthy third parties so the third parties can promote their products and services. If you log in or connect through a third party, such as Hallmark.com, Facebook Connect, Twitter, or YouTube, information you provide to us may be shared with that third party in accordance with their privacy policies and the terms under which you have registered with them.
Feeln reserves the right to work with law enforcement officials in the investigation of any possible unlawful activities of our customers related to electronic communication transmitted on our Service. Feeln will have no legal responsibilities for such disclosures. We may also give information to other groups for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
We may share grouped demographic and statistical information with our other partners. No personal information that can identify any individual person is shown in that disclosure.
How do I access and change my e-mail contact preferences?
When you make a Feeln account, unless you have opted out, your contact preferences automatically shows that you want to get promotional information from Feeln about news on Feeln products, services, and events. It also indicates that you would like to be told about special offers, products and free samples from Feeln partners.
If you do not want to be contacted by Feeln or third parties for promotional purposes, you may change your preferences at any time. Be sure you are signed in to your Feeln account and select ?My Account" and then "Preferences". You may also unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any promotional email sent by Feeln.
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
Our Service has been developed for use of a general audience. Feeln recognizes the privacy interests of children, and therefore encourages parents and guardians, and or other adults, to take an active role in children's Internet activities and interests. Feeln does not intentionally or knowingly collect information from any visitor under the age of thirteen (13).
Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as S.B. 27, allows individual customers who have provided their personal information to Spirit Clips to request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Such requests must be submitted to us in one of the following ways: send a letter to SpiritClips, LLC, 1990 S. Bundy Drive, Suite 620, Los Angeles, CA 90025 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted to locations other than those specified above.
How does Feeln handle contest and survey responses?
Every now and then, Feeln or its research partners will invite customers to take part in contests and surveys. The information we collect from these contests and surveys may be matched with individual customer accounts and used by Feeln to improve your overall customer experience. The information will only be shared with third parties in grouped form.
What technical devices and processes does Feeln.com use to collect information about me?
Our technology lets us identify what type of browser you are using, the website from which you enter Feeln and the pages you view as you tour our Service. This technology helps us compile grouped statistics about online guests and their use of Feeln. These statistics allow us to improve the design and content of our Service to better serve your needs. We also track subscription, purchase and usage history to improve our Service and may offer product or service suggestions to you.
Like most websites, the servers that serve our Service automatically identify your computer by its IP address. We log IP addresses and we use them to track things like the number of people that visit our Service.
If you sign in through Facebook Connect, we may use information supplied to us by Facebook in order to enhance your site experience. Does Feeln use third parties?
Feeln may use third parties to to procure, serve and/or facilitate serving advertisements. Our ad servers may access, collect, obtain and use non-personally identifiable information ("Non-PII") about users visits by use of tracking pixels, cookies or other visitor identification technology that collects anonymous traffic data to procure and/or provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to users.

You can change your personal information anytime. Be sure you are signed in to your Feeln. account and select "Edit Profile" and "Account Settings."
How secure is the information that I give to Feeln?
Feeln maintains reasonable, standard and commercially available technical and measures to safeguard against loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure or modification of your account information. To protect your account information, Feeln asks that you enter a valid user name and password before buying anything using your account information. You are responsible to safeguard your password and username and notify Feeln if they are compromised.
Are my e-card messages confidential?
Your e-card messages are always kept confidential and secure. E-cards will only be accessed when it is necessary to complete your order.
